Our R&D Centre is located in Wonder Fibromats Limited. This R&D Centre keeps us future ready at all times. Some of activities undertaken by the COE are
- Designing and developing new fans for our buyers.
- Working on future technologies.
- Continuous Value Engineering to improve our products as there is always scope for improvement.
- Factory Process improvement and upgradation.
- We plan to start inhouse prototyping very soon.
We have a passion to constantly innovate and adopt new technologies. Some of our initiatives which were appreciated by the industry were :
- Robotic Paintshops in the ceiling fan industry which completely changed the finish of a fan.
- CNC Machining of Rotors.
- SPMs for Drilling & Tapping of Fan Covers.
